Taco Bell’s continuing search into the cause behind an E. coli outbreak across some of its locations has prompted the chain to launch a PR campaign around food safety. With the cause of the outbreak still in question, the campaign may be too much too soon without the proper answers in place to reinforce the right points and address the real problems.
